Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), the wrong size or product, please contact us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.

Please check your spam folder since the confirmation email might be mistaken as junk mail and end up in there.

The order confirmation should be sent right away, but it can happen that there is a delay. However, if you have not received anything after 24 h, please contact us so we can check that everything is fine with your order.

If you would like to return a product you have purchased please fill out the contact form below. Once you have submitted your request, we will send you a code. All you need to do is to go to a Speedy office and give them the code. They will generate the shipping document and send it to us. You don’t need to print out anything, just have the code with you when you visit the Speedy office. 

*Please note that due to hygienic reasons if the product has been opened and used we will not be able to process your request. 

Return requests will only be accepted within 14 days after the item has been purchased and received.

All shipping costs for the returned product will be covered by the client. 

Once we receive the form and the product, the money will be transferred to you via the same  Debit/Credit card that was used. 

When can I expect my order?

We ship with Speedy and the delivery could be expected between 1-3 workdays after the order has been successfully completed. 

The option “Order without registration” gives you the ability to order without having to register on the website. Therefore, what is needed is only your name, phone number, email and to select a Speedy office where you would like to receive your order.
