International Women’s Day

International Women’s Day was celebrated for the first time in 1909 in Chicago. On this day, every year, we celebrate the days of struggle we have behind us to achieve equality between men and women. And in Chara Castro, we celebrated it accurately. There is no coincidence that 100% of our team are women.

According to a study from the University of Sydney (Australia), the areas of the brain related to speech and language comprehension are bigger in women. This has earned us epithets such as “chatter”, but it helps us express ourselves better than gentlemen.

As we speak more and better, we have the great opportunity to show our feelings and emotions. Thanks to this, when there is a misunderstanding, we can share it, resolve it and deal with it without any problems. And this is extremely important for our emotional balance!

To create is in our blood. Whether it’s painting a work of art, decorating a delicious recipe, printing a T-shirt or colouring a book with a mandala. We are creative by nature and devote time to these creative processes and approaching happiness. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a lot of talent or the result is not perfect – the creative process is important.

We have the ability (which others do not have) to use our minds and concentrate on several things at once. Our minds switch from one topic to another very ease. Our job, professional development, home and family. Be careful with this, because you should not burden yourself like a donkey with everything. Ask for help, prioritize and set limits to feel good.
